After months of arm discomfort, just one day of shoulder pain relief exercises and I had a major breakthrough in mobility and pain relief.
I could raise my arm 45 degrees with out pain. After heating the shoulder muscles up with your techniques I now have a full range of motion.
Thanks, for the pain relief!
Steven
I have almost full mobility back, and the relief in my shoulder pain has been a God send.
I am still doing the exercises and each day my arm gets better and better.
I am now able to go back to the gym and enjoy my exercises without any discomfort in my arm.
Thank you for giving my shoulder pain some relief,
Gemma
I could not sleep and had a hard time raising my arm above my head. My shoulder is at about 85% today and I sleep great and I now have day to day shoulder pain relief.
When I first started the excercises I actually had more discomfort for a day or so...then it started to go away and got better and better every day. I keep doing the shoulder excercises every day and look forward to getting back to 100%.
Thanks again,
Frank
I have purchased a number of books on shoulder pain relief and have NEVER had the author contact me afterwards to check up on me.
More importantly, the exercises REALLY WORK!!! I have a complete tear, all doctors and therapists I had consulted advised surgery to provide relief for the pain and repair the tear.
When I happened across your shoulder pain relief book, I thought that the exercises couldn't help me -- but two weeks now into performing the injured rotator cuff exercises, I am taking less pain medication, because of the shoulder pain relief program.
Always Grtateful,
Wende
After implementing a daily routine based on your Shoulder Pain Relief Exercises, I saw immediate improvement in shoulder performance.
After following your exercises for two weeks I saw an orthopedic surgeon about my shoulders. After I told him what I had been doing at home using your guide, he decided to allow me to continue with my "at home" therapy. My doctor had nothing to add, so I guess he could not improve on what you outlined in your book.
Thanks,
Alan
